Rising Tiger is owned by chef Devin Keopraphay, who describes the menu as Asian-ish -- equal parts Lao comfort, Chinese barbecue, and American diner cravings. After 4 years as a pop-up and farmers market vendor, Rising Tiger found a permanent home at 9595 Nelson Rd in Longmont. The business was featured on Season 18 of Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race.
