DAR Chocolate is a boutique bean-to-bar chocolate company founded by husband-and-wife team Joel and Gila Dar. After living in Costa Rica learning chocolate-making, they moved to Denver in 2016 and launched DAR, using meticulously selected organic and ethically traded cacao with few, clean ingredients. Their Art Bars line features rotating artwork from diverse artists on the packaging.
